Q. How much does shipping cost, and where do you ship orders to?
A. All orders, regardless of size or value, will be shipped with adequate insurance and tracked. Sorry, but we do not ship products via lettermail, even if it does fit into an envelope!
Shipping rates for in Canada are listed below.
We would LOVE to send our products to you anywhere in the world, but shipping must be calculated on an individual order basis, as rates vary frequently. Please email your order requests to orders@coveritcrazy.com and be sure to include your full name, entire mailing address, phone numbers, email address and your complete wish list. We will reply asap with a firm quote, and you decide from there. If you choose to go ahead with the order, we use a secure email invoicing tool for payment prior to shipping.

In your email, please include the item(s) you wish to buy, along with your full mailing address, telephone number and email address. We will be happy to supply you with an exact quote before proceeding with your order.
Q. Can I get a variation on a product, not exactly as shown?
A. In many cases we are able to customize items to your needs. Some examples of this would be, but not limited to:
custom size
add / remove pocket(s)
use multiple fabrics on an item
Please send a DETAILED e-mail of your request to orders@coveritcrazy.com and be sure to include your name, email address, phone number and shipping address so we can accurately reply to you with a complete quotation.
Q. What happens if the product I ordered is not available?
A. In the unfortunate event that an item which you have paid for in your shopping cart is back- ordered, sold out or discontinued, we will contact you immediately by email or phone. If this unlikely event should occur, you will have the option to choose a replacement, or to have your payment refunded and the order will be cancelled.
Q. I am an existing wholesale customer. How do I place my order?
A. Please DO NOT use the online shopping cart. Wholesale customers should e-mail their order lists in detail to wholesale@coveritcrazy.com . Be sure to include your store name, contact name, email and phone number, along with shipping address and anything else you feel pertinent. Wholesale pricing is not listed on the website.
Q. I'm not comfortable ordering online. How else can I buy items?
A. You may email your order list to us at orders@coveritcrazy.com - please be sure to quote style names, sizes & fabrics by number. We will reply promptly with an order quotation. You may choose to mail a cheque or money order, or we can process your email order with secure online invoicing sent directly to your email address. Please note, we must wait to for personal cheques to clear the bank before we ship the order to you.
Q. What are the washing instructions?
A. On all 100% Cotton and 100% Polyester fabrics we recommend strictly a COLD WATER WASH and then dry flat/ hang dry/ fluff dry gentle. Never use hot water or high heat dryer settings, as these cause shrinkage and fading. You may iron with medium heat & common sense.
Leashes and collars are best washed using the gentle cycle inside a lingerie bag (or thin pillowcase) and laid flat to dry to reduce buckling. You may iron these on a low heat setting only, as they contain Polypropylene.
Q. What is the guarantee, and can I get a refund?
A. We guarantee our products against defects in the fabric and workmanship. Should you find a flaw in your order - contact us. We absolutely want to repair or replace it for you! We do not replace items which are damaged due to routine wear & tear, laundry mistakes, discolouration due to light or other factors, etc.
If you plain old just don't like your order when you receive it, you may send it back, at your expense, in new condition. Upon inspection of your returned item(s) we will refund the price of your products, plus any taxes. However, we do not refund shipping charges.
Please note: If you are sending anything back to us, you are responsible to properly insure and track your package! From time to time things do get lost in transit, and we are not liable for this, nor can we 'take your word for it' that it was sent. Also all returns must be in new condition, and sent within 30 days of purchase.
Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
A. Many of our products are available for wholesale purchase to qualified retailers. Please inquire with store details to wholesale@coveritcrazy.com .
Q. Where are the products made?
A. Everything we sell is made individually and with pride in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada.
Q. I need more information before I order!
A. We want you to love your purchase, so please e-mail us with any questions, comments, requests, feedback... etc to orders@coveritcrazy.com . We will promptly reply with answers to the best of our ability.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. The operators of Cover It Crazy have been "in the business" since 1994, offering various incarnations of our unique products by retail and wholesale.
Q. How strong are the dog collars?
A. All components of the collars and leashes are chosen for their quality and durability. Our largest size of collar is rated at 300 pounds "break strength". This is a formula which considers the dog's weight and force of pulling against the buckle. If you feel this is not adequate strength to properly contain your dog, please enjoy our collars for their fashion sense, and use an alternate method of restraining device.
